CIM 576 - Financial Management

3 credit hours
This course will examine various financial concepts and techniques applicable to emergency management. Students will analyze how fiscal administration process inpacts budgets, financial management, and performance measurement. Case studies will be used to illustrate how governmental agencies on all levels are impacted by strategic planning and financial management strategies.
