MSL 2900 - Army Physical Readiness 1 credit Emphasis will be on the fitness components, weight control, diet and nutrition, stress management, as well as avoidance of hypertension, substance abuse, and tobacco use. Physical Fitness (PT) will be conducted three mornings per week (M-W-F) from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at the Army ROTC department.
