ACC 201 - Principles of Financial Accounting 3 credits Prerequisite(s): COM 140 and MAT 141 An introduction to the preparation and use of accounting information found in financial statements. Topics include the analysis of transactions and accounting for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses. This course takes a user perspective in which interpretations of financial statements for measuring performance and making business decisions are emphasized.
