EDU 355 - Integrated Math and Science in Early Childhood Education

3 credits
This course explores methods and problems in teaching mathematics and science in the early childhood classroom. It focuses on promoting children's cognitive development through hands on exploration of science and math concepts.  Topics include the understanding of math and science through problem solving, games, the use of manipulatives and technologies that are developmentally appropriate for young children.
