CRM 423 - Planning & Strategic Management for Law Enforcement

3 credits
This course builds on a foundation of planning within law enforcement organizations.  The topics provide students with an understanding of the external factors and strategic approaches a manager would need to take in order to properly lead and govern a criminal justice organization in today's complex environment.
