IHT 341 - Food and Beverage Operations 3 credits Prerequisite(s): IHT 120 Food and beverage operations has had an increasingly positive impact on the bottom line of hospitality outlets. This course looks at planning and operating food and beverage service operations in different venues both on-site and off premise. This course includes menu planning for catering on multiple levels at meetings events, parks, arenas, and suites.
