NUR 305 - Professional Nursing Scholarship

3 credits

Prerequisite/Corequisite: Prerequisite(s): NUR 301 , NUR 302 , NUR 303 , NUR 304  Corequisites: NUR 306 ,  NUR 307  
This course provides a foundation for evidence-based nursing practice. The design, implementation, analysis, and interpretation of research in nursing as well as legal and ethical considerations are examined. The research process and types of research are addressed. Emphasis is placed on locating, selecting, and critiquing relevant research to assure life-long focus on evidence-based nursing practice.
