COM 501 - Computation Structures

3 credit hours
This course introduces architecture of digital systems, emphasizing structural principles common to a wide range of computer systems. The course provides students a solid grounding in foundational issues of computational structures, covering the following areas:  algorithms, abstraction, hardware, computer organization, system software, language models, and the social and ethical issues of computing.
