HIE 750 - Higher Education Finance, Planning & Budgeting

3 credit hours
This course will examine in detail the economic theory, financial policy and contemporary issues that affect US funding for higher education. Students will be able to develop an understanding of the complicated dynamics that shape college and university financing by examining current topics, including demand and supply for higher education, funding assistance, tuition increases or public policies.
