PED 182 - Beginning Weight Training 1 credit This course is designed to allow beginning students in weight training to construct their own weight-training program as a part of a total fitness program. The students will start their program at a safe and comfortable level and progress at an acceptable rate of improvement. The student will be exposed to all the proper techniques and safety factors involved in a weight-training program.
