Hotel & Resort Management Minor (Offered only at University Campus)

The Hotel and Resort Management Minor will provide students the ability to gain significant exposure to the management and operations of hotels and can help to enhance and/or change their career paths. The cumulative collection of courses will educate them in the current issues and requisite skills for management in the Lodging Industry.
