CRJ 553 - Fundamentals of Civil Litigation 3 credit hours This course is a step-by-step study of the process of a civil case, from the filing of a complaint to the jury instructions, to include an in-depth study of the trail and post trail motions. Students will be asked to specifically examine the Constitutional Law and how it relates to their own workplace situations.
